The Virtue of Justice
Private ownership is ordinarily the best way to arrange property among persons under normal circumstances. Aquinas follows Aristotle in seeing different parts of the virtue of justice. There are rights that are rather close to being natural rights, but a step removed from them and classed as rights under use.
