Lenon had to get his hair cut, getting rid of the mop topped hair style that had defined the group. He also lost a lot of weight during the making of the film. The change that would be most noticeable was the glasses. Lenan had been wearing contact lenses for many years,. but his character, musketeer gripweed, had to wear glasses. And even though they were just clear glass, not prescription, lenon ended up wearing them all day, every day while filming.
