The ideal week is a document that you can use on your blog. It's an exel spread sheet that people will be able to get to through the link you're going to give, but you can just kind of design it any way you want. For example, from five to eight 30 in the morning is just kind of my time to work on my own personal development and exercise. Afternoons, course, i take a nap every day too, for about 20 minutes.
