The next question comes from Nina and Nina says, hi ladies, love your podcast and Facebook groups. She started IF in April and just couldn't stick with it. I was frustrated because I wanted the benefits of IF and was disappointed almost every day. So about a month ago, I felt super energized and ready to give it another try. Do these few calories that kickstart me really negate all the effects of the 20 hour fast or does my high intensity workout kick me back into a fasted state again quicker? Did I even really come out of it? We can go ahead and address this and then we think the follow up ones will be pretty easy to address after that. Right?
