Is There a Tory Leader in the House of Commons?

Investors and hedge funds don't have confidence in the government's mini budget. That has fed through to political confidence and we've seen Tory approval rating tank. To rush headlong into these tax and spending changes just seems like an act of gross naivety as much as anything else. If Liz trust on the other hand says okay then I've listened to the markets I'm going to do something difference then her whole ideology is called into question. It's difficult to see how she can get out of this without losing credibility if she sticks with the economic plan.
