Joe Biden's a Democrat, I Think?

Biden has benefited from a fawning Congress, willing to do whatever he wants. He'll sit there and veto pen this stuff all day; he knows he doesn't ultimately have a political future. Do you really want to be a Democrat up in 2024 who was willing to vote for 87,000 more IRS agents if it's a standalone vote? Because 2024 in the Senate's going to be a bad year.
