The Disney Company fell into a really dark and depressing era where there were labor labor strife with the animators. Michael Eisner came in and spotted this and said you know this is a tragedy This threatens the very continued existence of this company. He built a new cool new headquarters to house the box he raised the profile of animators, completely extinguished all of the labor strife that was going on.
