The First Former US President to Be Indicted for Mishandling of Classified Information
The first former US president will be indicted on federal charges stemming from the alleged mishandling of classified information amongst other things. According to officials with the National Archives who testified to Congress back in March, every single administration since Ronald Reagan has mishandled classified information. Since 2010, they've worked with over 80 former members of Congress who also took classified information. And that has been a problem for at least 40 years.
