Exercise and physical activity is being increasingly prescribed to people with conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD. But when you set specific goals, you're introducing them to the community. And we're seeing so far that a minimum of around 30 to 35% of the time people will fail to achieve their goals. This one size fits all approach can go quite considerably wrong.
