The N. Caribbean was really one of the only ones that to me was readable. I used to go to secondhand shops and look through all the books that they had just in the off chance that I could find a book vaguely related to philosophy. The algorithm like maybe you're a child of artificial intelligence that like AI was kind of like we need to get this guy into Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus and stuff like that.

In this episode, I chat with J.W. Bertolotti host of the In Search of Wisdom podcast, and founder of the Perennial Leader Project. Josh was one of the speakers at our Stoicon-x Military event a few years ago. We’re both very active on Substack now, Josh at Perennial Meditations so I thought it would be a great opportunity to reconnect and chat about philosophy as a guide to life.
