Junior designers gravitate towards the web app versus where they already are. It's not just a junior designer, it's like where are you at and what are you seeking help on? So then looking for that, like who can you build relationships with, like how do you seek out those relationships? A lot of the way that I recommend designers doing that is to seek out what fits for their budget and lifestyle.
