When we think that clients demand accessibility, and as you say here, with none of them can i dictate communication policy, often we are overestimating the reality. Often what we see as a demand for accessibility is actually a demand for clarity. In the absence of any clear structure i trust for how interactions with you happen, my default is going to be o k, i want to hear back from you right away. Why? Because otherwise i have to ambiguously keep track of this thing indefinitely in my head. That's a cognitve burden. I don't want it. And like you, and like most successful realters, it is not a very happy relationship....
