Are We Making Progress or Not?

The church has been locked to number of people in attendance and membership. For us, we've changed the word membership to partnership. A yu tube number is much more reliable than a somebody saying, yo, into you church once last month. And so i just think that those, for us, have been more guiding metrics to how we are seeing effectiveness.
