The Mindfulness of the Body
We can prack ocasin practice sustained mindfulness of the body. We can also give some sustained attention to the aggregate of mental formations, you know, all the thoughts and moods and emotions and mind states. When we do that, when we're really just focusing on the mind, as it's conditioned by all these things, we can begin to see all of them too, as not i, not mine, not myself. But i realize that not every, every mind does love this. So if it feels confusing, or it feels what's he talking about, you can just leave these little, know, asides aside.
