The Power of the Jobs to Be Done Framework
Bob mesta is at a point in his career where he's really trying to actively spread the thinking around jobs to be done and empower as many people as possible. He was looking for, i guess you could say, evangelist, people who could help spread the word and the thinking in europe. And we were very lucky to have that experience, because we spent hours working through the continent developing the programme. My takeaways from that experience, it re emphasized for me the power of the jobs to bedone framework. When used properly, it's a very powerful tool.
