The Role of DevOps in Startups

The challenge for any startup is to not confuse building their technology stack with getting product viability fit. Once you start building the process up, it's incredibly hard to go back and then add in the discipline that you wish you'd had from a DevOps perspective. For us, nobody wants a MVP data center product. This is part of the aha for me as I was always trying to do MVPs. When you're building something that needs to run people's production data centers for us, but I think a lot of products are like this when your people start depending on your product.
