A lot of silos even in inside Ditto and a lot of the communication was then fragmented as a result. And I think, you know, obviously it seemed to be so obvious, but we just didn't take those steps early on. We all have to be ready for mistakes to be made and things like fall through the cracks. The last thing I would want is someone to lose a client from it. But at the end of the day, what it looks like on the other side is so much smoother than before.
