How Much Protein Do I Need?
Protein is not a supplement, it's food. The answer to many of those questions is, it depends. For example, protein need increases right when you're in heavy training. Getting 20 grams of a complete protein inclusive of way after training works best. Drug free trainees would also be wise to consume some protein about every four hours.
