There's of cities that had to have sports games played with empty stadiums because there was violence in the stand ts, a complete loss of rational control. And onleis rational controll in safety. There's no al left in the face of these sports and spual cycles. The collective will is being coopted to direct against an other. I think it's a failure in that respect.
