Interviewing Skills - How to Be a Good Interviewer

i think from an interviewing perspective, it's been a real help to me to have that skill set. i'm still working on it, but really getting to a point where i can ask what i really want to know. And b ok with not knowing something in b ok to your point earlier about being perceived maybe as unfavourable. You've done a great job tanyo, like really prying in and asking a stranger very personal questions. We've been taught, at least in western culture, be polite, sit up straight. Don't make the other persons sweat too much. It gets to a point when ut to be supercomfortable in your own skin.
