Schopenhauer's system was atheistic, and yet he believed that the world, on the most fundamental level, was will. Nita believes instead in a bascovician world, which is a world of multiplicity. And the basis of all those wills is the will to power. What this means is not a will to duration, but a will to expand, to conquer, to dominate.
