Is Incrementality Testing a Good Tool for Increasing Ad Spend?

Apple's new advertising tools could be used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, says John Defterios. But only a very tiny fraction of advertisers would need such an tool in order to see if they are succeeding or failing on their campaign. Apple has launched its own ad technology called iAds and is expected to roll out more products later this year. The company also announced it was working with third-party partners including Facebook for mobile ads.
