Post-Mail to Agreements - What's the Law?
A New York case lays out the standards for post-nup agreements. In one, an attorney and his wife agreed that after 2013, everything they had would be separate. He said it was unconscionable and she didn't give him enough time to sign it. Unconsulability means shocking to the conscience. It's just not unfair.
