Some of these dystopian possibilities already are coming true not in the dream area that i'm aware of. There's absolutely no reason it seems to me to think that china wouldn't use this technology on its own people. You can be sure that you're going to see a much greater scale of those kinds of harms being realized across society will every dystopian possibility that i've thrown out be realized? "I hope that we'll act before then to actually secure people right to cognitive liberty"
