The Race-Based Admissions Policy at Harvard

The majority opinion actually makes fun of Justice Sotomayor in her descent. The percentage of black students fluctuates only between the range of 10 to 12%. And the percentage of Hispanics goes from a low, 2009 was a low of 8%. Even Fauci wasn't making the bizarre claim she was making. It does not and cannot dispute that the share of black and Hispanic students at Harvard has remained consistent for decades.
