Lately i've really been noticing my tendency to self criticise when i don't feel good. It's easy for me to find all the ways i'm falling short. I noticed myself partaking in negative self talk a lot during my weight lost journey. But i'v found a wealth of new information that changed my mind set. There are a lot of common social misconceptions surrounding weight loss. For instance, people with obesity make seven serious attempts to lose weight over time. This can be se by changes and appetite hormones
