Type 2 Diabetes - Is There a Difference?

In primary care, patient comes to you. What are and you get back a glucose of four or 500 or 300? What in the history encourages you to start doing a workup and consider type 1 versus type 2? That's a great question. I think that even though there's genetics and both type 1 and type 2, it's much stronger in type 2. It's usually more of a gradual onset disease.
