The Importance of Pretest Probability in Blood Type Testing
Pretest probability should really be the main thing that drives blood type of testing and what kind of triage we want to do. This person needs to have the coronary anatomy defined. If this person had a negative stress test, I would not believe that I would still count this patient. So it goes both ways.
