The idea of being frontal is now really becoming very common. It's a way of understanding patterns of behaviour which would have been completely alien 50 years ago. When someone shows a tendency to be poor in impulse control they're often spoken of as being frontile. And that's because within the nerolo, a domain frontality, that is frank lesions within frontal structures is associated with that kind of disfunction.
