The Power of Dark Emotions in Surfing
In all sports, there's often a very unhealthy, negative reenforcement delivers results kind of situation. Something about like, being in a rivalry just really fires people up,. And then those, those negative emotions are very useful. They can be if you don't let them like disc discourage and destroy you. You can use anger, you can use sadness. i've definitely used those dark emotions in my big way surfing.
