Using Genome Sequencing Data to Improve Genotyping of Embryos
Ten years ago, we started a large sequencing project in the schinazi jewish population. We used this data to study the history of the population. For example, we studid ta founderisant in the history of fashinte jews. And we also did some work in medical genetics with this data. Then all those studies started to come out with a putigink scores for predicting traits and diseaseris. This led me to start thinking about screening ivy f embryos for pudigin traits and diseases.
