In two thousand and 13, a group of kenyon claimants issued proceedings in the english high court seeking damages for personal injuries against the united kingdom government. The claims raised issues at three levels. First, should the court extend time for bringing these otherwise, time barred claims? Second, if it did, could the individuals prove the facts of the assaults alleged? Third, if the assaults were proved, was the united kingdom liable in law?
