I have never, i don't think, on this podcast, ever been so ready to defend the french. Doye tisky, sounds a little naive. But as you read more, you get a fuller sense of darlington. At best, he is a rube who is being completely taken advantage of. He's inserting himself into these lke negotiations around modifying like versailles and then later n in, i think, trying to secure britons like, sort of, like a neutralityr like non aggression. Andit just seems like, if he is not actively a bad dude, then he is a robe.
