Is Facebook Liable for Third Party Comments?
The high court is the most supreme court in the land. There's no appeal beyond this point. I think the obvious reform needs to be that the people that post comments should be liable for their own comments. But there's more stuff coming down the the pipe line, so to speak. The high court next year is is looking at another case where the appi iis seeking to make the search engine results liable. If you go to gurgle and you look up something on wicki pedia, which is not published by gugle, gurgle doesn't write rickipedia has nothing to do with it, only its search engines linked to it. It's a
