The Importance of Information in the Economy

The fundamental issue is that the physical world is very complicated. And fundamentally most products in the economy are not information based like if you buy a house, you know yes the the builder had an IT system and use email and stuff but like the brick layer is not software product. The actual service they're providing is not an informational service. That just limits the amount of the size of the impact that an informational product can have on the economy as a whole. There'd be some industries like movies and music and catalog shipping and stuff like that work and have a big impact but there's others directly.
