How to Get Good Sleep Regularly

Sleep has been associated with shorter telomeres, aging and neurodegenerative disease. Getting adequate time for sleep within a 24-hour period is the key to good sleep. Timing is everything to do with our circadian rhythms; if you usually go to bed at midnight and wake up at eight, it's not going to be the same. Sleep practice can help people live as a restorative sleeper.
