Jeremiah, the Weeping Prophet
Jeremiah is the weeping prophet, because he has a hard message to give. He preaches for 50 years and people of judah do not listen. Jeremiah's life is so marked by pain that god spared him from marrying his wife. People have posited this as maybe one person goes through more pain than another.
