The Mass of a Star
The mass of a star dictates what happens in the corps. And it also determines the lifetime of the star. Stars like the sun have life times of ten billion years or so. More massive stars, when you get to 10, 20, 30 times the mass of our sun, they have shorter lifetimes. Our sun is about five billions o that's five thousand million years old. It's depleted about of its fuel in the core, so we reckon it's about half way through its lifetime. So you really do know it's got about it's o halp its. Life has been spent the sun, we do. The theory does corroborate that fairly well.
