How to Say That You Like Something

The first phrase that we have to say that you dislike something is just to say I really don't like it. To stand means to stand up with your legs but also if you say I can stand this thing it means you can tolerate it. A common phrase in the United States is to say hate is a strong word so you should be careful throwing around the word hate because it means you really do not like something. One phrase that I don't think American English speakers use very often is to say I loathe something. If you detest something it's the exact same as saying I hate it so only use this if you very strongly dislike something and again  I think it comes off
