Clean Energy Technology Might End Up Like Space Technology Was in the 1960s

We're actually seeing green competition. It is certainly true that in the case of China, which has by far the largest energy manufacturing industry in the world. This is very much seen as part of industrial policy. And there's a very strong desire for China to have a strong rule in them. But overall, this massive scale up of clean energy, which is needed globally, is difficult to see how this could happen without China's capabilities.
