Study of children taking an amunoperape for peanut elegies am. The small amount of protein does trigger an immune response that can be really uncomfortable. And the researchers didn't tell the participants to kind of ignored those symptoms. But they did ask them if they could try to reframe the feelings. They were just a sign that their amune system was responding to the veripeand was actually growing stronger. So rather than being seen as wholly negative, they saw it as something that uncomfortable, but necessary for their improvement. These participants, over that six months, experienced fewer side effects. Over all, so it did improve their comfort. But what's really amazing is that it also improved
