How to Be a Creator Liaison at YouTube

I spend part of my day inside YouTube advocating for creators. The goal there is just to help creators have like less stress and more success on the platform. Do you find it's tough to advocate for creators while working for YouTube or that sort of an easy overlap? "YouTube is so creator focused from the top down, like from the CEO down"
