What Is the Relationship Between Baptism and Faith?

I think baptism regeneration is maybe one of the clearest teachings of the new testament. The opposing view is something that simply just cannot be substantiated by the text. So without a doctrine of baptismal efficacy or baptism regeneration, i make the argument that you really don't have reformation theology, not according to luther, anyway. Even a lot of early anabaptists don't have a purely symbolic approach to baptism. I'd say they have some weird views of baptism.
