Jonathan Butcher: DEI offices are built on a mission to perpetuate racial preferences, either in the admissions or in programs that are happening on campus. Poll after poll after survey from Gallup to Pew Research and and beyond find that Americans do not favor racial preferences, especially in college admissions. He says it's great that schools are issuing these statements, but administrators must follow through by considering suspension or expulsion for students who violate free speech rights of someone else.
