The Problem With Waffle Houses
Waffle House was sued in 2018 for failing to pay its employees overtime. In 2009, two women said that a cook on the night shift touched them without their consent and repeatedly made sexual comments toward them. A woman worked for multiple Waffle Houses for about 14 years but at her most recent job, her boss would only hire friends and family.
