Wages are still rising at a very high pace especially compared to what they were doing in the teens. We're still well over 4% and inflation is still running above that level so people are still losing grounds even though they are getting raises. The unemployment rate is uncorrelated with wage growth. You can't run it in any form of wage created via a Phillips curve or anything else or a wage curve. It has no relationship with wage growth whatsoever.
