The Importance of Valuation

I think multiples revenue multiples is a very dangerous place to go down right public market is fine because you're trading the business. In private markets it's not there's no dividend there is only an exit situation someone said this that at 10 times revenue multiple basically means that over the next 10 years I'm going to give you 100% of my revenues every single year okay and then we break even that makes no sense how can a company ever do that so that's the bar of valuation which are sometimes a lot of people put on invest on investments around assets.
