How to Organize Entities on Chain

The problem of tokenizing something like LLC ownership is we don't allow bearer share entities right so like if I if I own my LLC like I have a law firm right i'm 100% owner of it You can't like steal that from me by like taking a piece of paper, right? If that's you know, we have to like solve for that on chain, right? Well, I didn't like oh crap. I just lost my LLC somebody else's Yeah, I mean there's like a layer zero that comes into that like let's say, you know You're wallet attack and like oh there goes your LLC NFT or it's like no like people aren't gonna recognize
