He coined what i call the vedez rule which is it's easier to become to teach an engineer finance than it is to teach a finance or financier engineering that's for sure. Vedez wrote back to me saying he thought intel needed to be bailed out because they were too levered, but as we went through covid all these japanese companies that we we were assessing had strong balance sheets.
