How to Cop a Little Equity in High Interest Rate Environments

You can always pull a little out of your equity to sit in an offset to soak up some negative cash flow from bread and butters, you know, say potentially for next 12, 18, 24 months until rates come back down. I wouldn't be looking at doing this in my opinion. This isn't like a long term strategy for that, but to get you through the next 12 to 24 months until when interest rates come back to a normalized level,. It's not ideal, but if it helps you, then it is something to definitely consider and worth looking at.
